We want you to love your Milos products. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept cosmetics that are unopened and unused, with any seals intact and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, swatched or used cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm your return and give you the address to send it to. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, as unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within a few working days, depending on your bank or card provider. We will email you when the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, and you will not pay return costs in this case.

Your Statutory Rights

If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from this right for health and hygiene reasons. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
